A study in stillness. Tsuki Residences unfold gently—shadow, stone, timber. Interior volumes are layered like a haiku: asymmetrical, soft, and slow to reveal. A home designed not to impress, but to quiet the room.
Conceived as spacious family homes, each Tsuki Residence features four to five bedrooms and a generous footprint, offering expansive indoor and outdoor living. With abundant communal spaces and thoughtfully integrated garden areas, these homes invite connection, stillness, and a deep sense of place.
SORA(空 - Sky)
A study in simplicity. Sora Residences are intimate in scale, with compact footprints designed for smaller families, couples, or individuals seeking space to breathe. With two to three bedrooms, each home offers a seamless flow between indoors and out, inviting nature to be part of everyday life. Wellness features, modest gardens, and quietly curated spaces foster connection, clarity, and ease.

Each residence is thoughtfully conceived in dialogue with the land—no two alike, none repeated. Rather than imposing form, we begin with what is already there: contours, trees, light, silence. Homes are released in limited numbers, each shaped to preserve and celebrate the natural beauty of its surroundings.
